Puetz Design + Build served as our Construction Manager at Risk for the project, and was without a doubt the most professional, forward thinking, and detail driven company we had the pleasure to work with. John Hagerty worked well with subcontractors. He was able to ensure that there was adequate lead time in order to keep the project moving. When problems arose, the Puetz Design + Build crew was on top of the situation and networked with the Architects to insure that issues were resolved. They were always respectful of our needs. The Andes Central School District would not hesitate to work with Puetz Design + Build again.

Jake would always do his best to take care of any concerns or issues we might have had during the remodeling of the inside and outside of the store. He would come in and up-date us on the progress either weekly or daily if something had changed due to either weather or scheduling conflicts.
