The Security Bank building is the epitome of mixed use development.  With retail and professional services taking the first floor and mezzanine level, office space taking the third level, and apartments and condos taking the fourth and fifth level, this structure took lots of planning and design to make each level function and flow by way of the street level and the elevated parking structure.  The first floor and mezzanine levels are naturally lit by original 18 foot windows. The mezzanine offices overlook the open central area. From the apartments and condos on the fourth and fifth level, a view of the Sioux Falls skyline awaits.
