Russ joined Puetz Design + Build in 2018 and has over 35 years of experience in construction and mechanical systems. His role in following up on quality control and warranty work means the client receives quicker responses and corrective action on issues that may arise in the building at punch list or after substantial completion. If there is an issue due to the improper construction of the project, no matter which contractor was responsible for the original construction, our warranty manager will track down solutions, contractors and materials and determine the timelines to correct the issue. Our warranty manager attends contractor pre-installation meetings for critical material and system installations as well as the final building punch list walk through and owner training. This allows the client to get to know Russ, and it allows the warranty manager to be very familiar with the project. Russ is the main contact person for following up with any construction-related issue during the warranty time period.
