Matt joined Puetz Design+Build in 2023 with three years of experience in the construction industry. He started his career as a Field Engineer and later shifted to pre-construction, working as an Estimator. He has worked on a variety of projects in different market sectors, such as commercial, industrial, residential, education, and public domains. Matt enjoys collaborating with the project team early in the project life cycle to identify potential issues before the actual construction work begins.
