Education: Mitchell Technical Institute, Mitchell, SD - Associate of Applied Sciences, Architecture Design and Building Construction

Wayne joined the Puetz Design + Build team in 2013 as a skilled carpenter. Soon after joining the company, Wayne’s leadership potential was realized. In 2018, Wayne was promoted to the on-site superintendent position. Clients who have worked with Wayne have been impressed with his attention to quality construction and his positive attitude of doing whatever it takes to complete projects in a timely manner. Some recent facilities Wayne has been the assistant superintendent or on-site superintendent for are the Avera St. Mary’s Hospital Nuclear Medicine Renovation in Pierre, the South Dakota State Capital Fence and Hardscape Improvement project in Pierre, the My Place Hotel in Watertown, the Dakota Wesleyan University Dakota Residence Hall in Mitchell, and the Brookings Health Hospital Addition and Renovation project.
