Education: Dakota Wesleyan University – Bachelor of Science – Business Management Major – With a concentration of Construction Management, and a minor in Management.
Ethan started with Puetz as an intern in 2023 while completing his degree at Dakota Wesleyan. During his internship he got to be a part of various stages of the construction process on major projects including My Place Hotel in Mitchell and Mitchell High School. Ethan started as an Assistant Superintendent in June of 2025 where he continued at Mitchell High School to prepare it for occupancy and wrap up finishing touches.
