Eliott joined Puetz Design + Build in 2016 after graduating with his Construction Management degree. He started as an Assistant Superintendent and quickly worked his way up to the Project Manager position. Eliott has been a Partner at Puetz Design + Build since 2025. As a Project Manager, Eliott oversees projects from inception to final completion ensuring projects are finished on time, within budget, and to the client’s upmost satisfaction. Examples of projects he has worked on are the Iverson Chrysler & Ford Dealership in Huron, the Chamberlain Elementary School, the Tri-Valley Elementary School, and the Pierre DOT Regional Maintenance Facility.
