Eliott joined Puetz Design + Build in 2016 after graduating with his Construction Management degree. He started as an assistant superintendent and progressed quickly into the superintendent role with great success. In 2019, Elliot was promoted to the project manager/estimator role. Examples of projects he has worked on are the Wolsey/Wessington School addition, Scooters Coffee in Mitchell, Wagner School Theatre renovation, and the Iverson Chrysler & Ford Dealership in Huron, South Dakota.
