Education:  George Mason University, Fairfax, VA - Bachelor of Science in Management

Dawson joined Puetz Design + Build in 2022, with 5 years of construction experience. He started out his career as a Framer for residential construction. Dawson advanced his career to a Labor Foreman in VA, working on jobs ranging from $200 million to $1 Billion. Moving back to SD, he worked as a project engineer for a year before finding Puetz. This large-scale commercial experience provides Dawson with practical knowledge in managing active construction projects.
