We are extremely pleased with your on-site superintendent. He always kept us informed and communicated with all the subcontractors very well. He always had a plan B ready if a problem came up.  Your project manager was organized and on top of the project in general.  He always communicated well and got back to us in a timely manner.  All of our board members are very happy with Puetz Design + Build as the Construction Manager for our recent building projects.

Puetz Design + Build served as our Construction Manager at Risk for the project, and was without a doubt the most professional, forward thinking, and detail driven company we had the pleasure to work with. John Hagerty worked well with subcontractors. He was able to ensure that there was adequate lead time in order to keep the project moving.
