Project Manager / Estimator

Preston joined the Puetz Design + Build team in 2023 as a Project Manager.  He has 18 years of management experience in commercial and residential construction.  His experience includes 6 years as a superintendent, and 12 years as a project manager.  Preston joined the United States Marine Corps after high school and completed 2 deployments to Iraq and one Western Pacific Tour.  After the Marine Corps, Preston was hired by the nation’s largest homebuilder and had successful career before deciding to relocate his family back to his home state of South Dakota.  Preston’s wide variety of construction experience, hardworking attitude, and a fair but firm mindset will ensure success on any project he encounters.
